

Paralea has been doing corporate software training along with software implementations for over 13 years, most recently with Net@Work. Her knowledge includes Sage HRMS, Sage MAS90/200, HR Actions, EBS Time & Attendance, and Sage Fixed Assets, as well as Crystal Reports, FRx, and Sage MAS Intelligence.
Prior industry accounting experience includes Fortune 100, transportation, textiles, long term care and entertainment industries. She is a CPA (certified in NC) and also holds the CITP (Certified Information Technology Professional) designation from the AICPA. She is a member of both the AICPA and the NCACPA, as well as Mensa. She holds multiple BS degrees in Accounting and Computer Business Applications/Software Design, as well as some graduate study in Accounting, and has spent many years as Treasurer for a nonprofit organization.
Peter Conway is considered an expert in business computer technology with an emphasis on accounting and business management systems for small and mid-sized companies. He has over 20 years of experience in the field and has designed and implemented systems for 100's of companies in a wide range of industries. He has a particular interest in the utilization of new technologies such as Software as a Services and Business Social Media applications. Peter currently works with the Net@Work Accpac client base to design solutions to enhance business results by lowering costs and improving productivity.
Debra Ellis, Manager of Consulting Services, has worked in technology consulting since 1990. Debra has a background in accounting and finance, she holds an MBA in Finance from New York University. Prior to joining Net@Work Debra was the owner of a technology Consulting firm focusing on MAS90 and MAS500. Debra works with project team leaders to ensure client satisfaction and excellent communication.
Involved in web development and design for 12 years, Erik is involved with all aspects of development; including analysis, information architecture, search engine optimization, development and design. He has a strong belief in web standards, interoperability, and seeks to deliver clear, effective and useful sites to our clients and their site users. Before joining Net@Work, Erik worked freelance as well as for Picture Projects Interactive and Online Development Marketing. He holds an MFA from Pratt Institute and specialized in computer graphics interactive media.
Danny Estrada is the CRM Practice Director at Net@Work and founder of the Practical CRM Blog. Danny guides the vision for delivering CRM capabilities to existing customers and also helps work with internal teams on best practices and methodology for Customer Relationship Management personnel. Mr. Estrada has been consulting with sales and service teams for the past 20 years. Danny holds an Executive MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and completed his undergraduate work at Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas.
Sonia comes to Net@Work as a former partner and owner of Forepoint LLC, acquired by Net@Work in November of 2010. Now as one of the ERP Practice Managers, she leads our strategic direction for the Sage Accpac Product line.
Sonia specializes in the design and implementation of automated accounting systems, and has performed and/or managed several implementations from single user systems to multi-user networks. With over 15 years of experience, she has worked with firms across several industry sectors, including manufacturing, retail, agriculture, medical, non profit, and professional services. Her unique combination of technology, consulting, accounting, and business skills have resulted in significant contributions to the firms she has worked with.
Her background includes 10 years at the CPA firm of Moss Adams LLP as an accounting and technology professional where she designed and implemented internal networks for Moss Adams, as well as worked with the firm’s clients. Sonia was a recipient of the Moss Adams Technical Excellence Award in Consulting for her work growing the firm’s technology consulting practice.
Sonia holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), and several industry certifications. She is a Certified Accpac Implementation Specialist and has been a guest speaker for several industry groups and various conferences on information technology and related issues.
Dean has broad experience and expertise in the principles and practices of graphic and web design, e-commerce solutions, usability, search engine optimization, internet marketing, information architecture, motion graphics, 3D animation, flash animation, print and digital video production. Dean holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Individualized Study from The Gallatin School at NYU, where his professional curriculum consisted of web design, web programming, graphic design, flash animation, 3D animation, and video editing. He also holds a certificate in multimedia studies from the NYU School of Continuing and Professional Studies.
Dan Reilly has been a consultant for Net@Work for 4 years, and specializes in manufacturing and distribution clients. He implements software such as MAS 500 and Sage X3 ERP, and also work with clients on business process reengineering work. Industry specific works includes chemical and plastics manufacturing, the food and beverage industry, and online distribution enterprises. Previous to his time as a consulatant Dan was a Director of Operations for a cosmetics manufacturer and a IT manager for several research and development firms.
Lesley Slepian has been Net@Work Sage Pro Practice Manager for five years. In that time, she has advised Sage Pro customers on upgrade features and add-ons and run a User Group to education Sage Pro (Accpac Pro/SBT) on how to get more from their systems. More recently, she has engaged with customers to migrate from Sage Pro to another Sage offering from the Sage North American portfolio of products. Her background includes several years in public and private accounting and more than a hundred project implementations and custom software design for the SME marketplace.
Prior to joining Net@Work, Lesley owned her own Manhattan-based firm, and was a trainer for both SBT and Accpac, mentoring new end-users and Business Partners on the Sage Pro system
